We focus on the development of membrane technologies driven by based on electric and pressure field.
Electromembrane processes
Development of electrically driven membrane processes started about ten years ago when our team was part of the MEGA company. Since then ion exchange membranes are under development as well as technology of electrodialysis. Technology of electrodeionization have been developed in last years in cooperation with our mother company MEGA. We continue in development of these technologies.
Pressure driven membrane processes
Recently we focus also on pressure driven membrane processes, mainly on reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration. Pretreatment technologies for these processes have also long tradition in our company. Pretreatment is a necessary technological operation allowing long term usability of membrane process itself.
