Strategy
Bringing MemBrain into top of European scientific and innovative institutions in the membrane field is our ambitious and optimistic middle-term strategic plan for the next five years. We would like to become a company covering all steps of innovation process with our own research base, transferring results of academic research into industrial practice. This objective can be accomplished by the following steps:
- quality technical facilities build up,
- selection of research area with high quality products and innovations with high added value, environmentally friendly and rising the life quality,
- development of innovation strategy and membrane science popularization,
- engagement of qualified experts and raise their professional qualification to ensure the development of the whole field of knowledge,
- increase the company value and improve the company’s reputation gradually
Our objective is to build and operate membrane innovation center with European level quality. This center will make coordination of all innovation activities for all partners and customers involved. Complex membrane innovation program will be emphasized as well as transfer of results of the academic research into industrial practice.
